Fourth, disk defragmentation will allow your hard drive more ease as it will not have to spin nearly as much as if it would have if you have not defragged your hard drive before. This can really speed things up and save your battery life. Simply go to your accessories menu in program files, then under accessories go to System Tools and you will find Disk Defragmenter. You will have a chance to have the disk analyzed first before running the defragmenter as disk defragmentation may take a while.
